The Walden Group is pleased to announce that it represented Hurricane Medical (based in Bradenton, FL), as exclusive M&A adviser, in its sale to Innovia Medical, a global medical device company focused on specialty surgical products for Ear, Nose and Throat and ophthalmic procedures, as well as sterile processing systems.

Hurricane is a leading manufacturer of single-use ophthalmic surgical products and instruments used in virtually every type of eye surgery. With a purpose-built, automated production facility, Hurricane adds significant scale, efficient manufacturing capabilities and potential for accelerated growth for Innovia’s ophthalmology business. Innovia is backed by operationally focused private investment firm Inverness Graham Investments.
