In this all-cash Deal valued at $11 million (plus up to an additional $6 million in milestone payments), Phase Forward adds regulatory expertise and drug safety information technologies to its product line. Lincoln's revenues are about $4.5mm and it's profitable. Lincoln adds major new customers to Phase Forward -- Department of Defense and NIH; there are several customers currently served by both. The agreement is subject to several conditions.
