| Analysis Moog's expertise in the electronic control of fluid-flow metering devices combined with Curlin's reputation in the medical market is expected to facilitate the continued growth of Moog's medical equipment sales. Deal value $75m ($63m in cash). Curlin's 2005 sales were $16m (4.7x) and its operating profits were $5.4m (13.9x). '06 sales are running at almost double the rate of '05.
