| Analysis Expands Duramed's presence and commitment beyond oral contraception and into the non-hormone contraceptive marketplace. FEI owns the New Drug Application (NDA) for the ParaGard® T 380A (Intrauterine Copper Contraceptive) IUD which is the only contraceptive approved for 10 years of continuous use and is more than 99% effective at preventing pregnancy.
