| Analysis Expands Natus' international presence and neurological offerings and leverages its sales force and distribution networks. Alpine has advanced electromyography systems for the diagnoses of peripheral nervous system dysfunctions as well as devices for EEG and long term epilepsy monitoring. Approximately 2/3 of Alpines revenue is from outside the U.S. Recovering the recession, Natus expects more aggressive growth. Deal value -- $43m, on $35m of sales.
