With operations in several U.S. and international locations. Precimed makes innovative products in growing market segments such as minimally invasive surgery, resurfacing, and computer-aided surgery. The orthopedic market is seen as a $20b industry growing at approximately 10% annually. Deal value -- $125m, plus up to $10m earnout based on 08 revenues. This is the fouth medical acquisition for Greatbatch in 07.
