Walgreen recently consolidated several pharmaceutical services companies: Take Care Health Systems, a leading operator of convenient care clinics, Medmark Specialty Pharmacy Solutions, a full-service, national specialty pharmacy company, SeniorMed Pharmacy, which provides prescription services to residents in assisted-living, specialty care and independent communities across the country and Schrafts A Specialty Pharmacy, one of the nations leading providers of advanced fertility medications and services. Deal value - $850m, based on revenue of $715.7m (1.19x) and EBITDA of $48.1m (17.7x). | |
