| Analysis Since 2004, BSX has exclusively distributed the Prolieve(R)Thermodilatation System, a non-surgical, less invasive, microwave-based treatment for symptomatic BPH which is routinely performed in the physician's office. The system's transurethral catheter uses microwave heating to reduce the enlarged prostate tissue and improve urine flow. BSX had an option to buy the technology for $60m. | |
